2. Service Description

ThakaCabs provides premium transportation services including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate transportation, event transportation, and hourly hire services. Our services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings can be made through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service. Cancellation policies vary by service type:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

4. User Responsibilities

Users of ThakaCabs services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings.
• Treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during transportation.
• Pay all agreed-upon fees and charges.

5. Payment Terms

Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, mobile money, and cash (for certain services). Prices are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, or other special requests.

6. Limitation of Liability

ThakaCabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Modifications to Terms

ThakaCabs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lesotho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
